CIED Advanced Poster Series – ISIS Devices: Fake Rock IED

This new series of posters available utilizes the most up-to-date information on the IEDs and components used by ISIS.

Developed by R.C. Gravett, these designs include photography of the real devices as well as detailed hand-drawn sketches.

Each poster is printed on 18″ x 24″ heavy-duty laminated sheets.

“ISIS/ISIL has produced many variations of their Rock IEDs. Some are made from Gypsum, some are made from Concrete and some are made from Plaster of Paris or Plaster coated Bandages. Some have even been made from Fibre Glass. Most Rock IEDs are Radio Controlled or Cell Phone initiated devices but some have Pressure Plates, Crush Wires, Pressure Release Switches or PIR Anti-Handling Devices fitted as secondary initiation systems.”
