Mk17 Mod 2 Electric Detonator / Blasting Cap – Inert Replica

The MK17 Mod 2 is the inert version of the US Navy’s MK18 Electric Blasting Cap.

This blasting cap training aid is manufactured from anodized aluminum and is crimped on one end to the electric leads and closed on the other end. A hole is drilled completely through the tip to indicate it is inert. The shunted wire leads are approximately 12 feet long, and will have continuity if tested.
