The Russian SPBE (СПБЭ) is a high-explosive anti-tank (HEAT) submunition that has been used in the 2022 Ukraine-Russia conflict. Also known as MOTIV-3M (МOTИB-3М) or the 9A349, it is an IR (Infrared) heat-seeking sensor fuzed, Misnay Schardin shaped charge (SC) submunition. The Sensor Fuzed Weapon (SFW) is designated SPBE, which stands for Standard Smart Anti-armour Submunitions.
