The XC-DDV utilizes a 12g CO2 cartridge and burst disk to produce a loud report simulating a flash-bang or distraction device. The XC-DDV is activated by pulling the pin then squeezing and releasing the spoon before throwing. Visual effects powders can be added to simulate the dust and or smoke produced by actual devices.
